TERMS of SERVICE

I. Cancellation Timeframe:

• All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time and day. This ensures the flexibility to adjust schedules and offer the time slot to other clients.

II. Cancellation Methods:

III. Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered late cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply in such cases.

IV. Cancellation Fees:

• Late cancellations may incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the appointment cost. This fee compensates for the time and resources allocated to the reserved appointment slot that could have been offered to other clients.

V. No-Shows:

• If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not show up without prior notice, you may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

VI. Exceptions:

• Unforeseen circumstances, such as emergencies or sudden illness, are understood. If such situations arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

VII. Refunds:

• Cancellation fees due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations made within the designated time frame will be processed according to our regular refund policy.
